Nursery/Montessori Timings:
The above remains open all week from Sunday to Thursday from September to June, (and for July and August for the summer session based on the demand and need).Structured Montessori / Nursery sessions are from 08.30 am to 12.30 pm and Day–care facilities from 07.00 am to 06.00 pm. The school will remain closed on all public holidays and for the New Year/ winter week. However should your ward be collected later than 02.00 pm an additional fee will be charged at the rate of Dhs. 50 for every 30 minutes or part of.

Payment of Fees:
An initial, one-time only non-refundable payment of Dhs. 1000/- will be charged for admission and registration. Payment of fees should be made for all age groups in advance as specified in the attached fees schedule. All fees should be paid by 5th of the month at the latest, either in cash or by cheque. A late payment surcharge of 10% will be levied for each day after the 5th including weekends. All accounts must be settled before your ward continues. Fees must be paid for all months between September and June (both months inclusive), even if annual or short vacations are taken.

Refundable deposit:
A refundable deposit of Dhs. 1000/- will be due at the time of admission. This will be refunded on one month’s prior notice in writing before leaving. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of this deposit.

Transportation:
Transportation facility is available at a fee of Dhs. 300/- per month (both ways). Children will be transported in the care of a female nursery attendant in a comfortable, air-conditioned mini bus service.

Drop and Pick:
Children must be dropped and picked from the nursery entrance only. No child should be left or picked if unattended by a staff member. Your ward will be picked only by persons authorised by you in writing and only after verification.

Medical care, medication and illnesses:
The Nursery / Montessori requires the assistance and cooperation of all parents to ensure and provide correct information and accurate instructions, in order to ensure the safety and comfort of all children.

Strict guidelines relate to infection control and illness in the nursery: Should the following be prevalent in any infant or child, it would serve as a valid cause and concern for attendance exclusion:


Attire and clothing:
Clothing should suit the weather conditions.
Children in the Growing Years and Montessori classes should be attired in the school uniforms. The child may carry or deposit an additional set of clothing in case of accidents or wetting.

Pampers and trainers:
Parents are advised to send adequate number of pampers either on a daily or monthly basis.

Food and drink:
Parents are strictly advised to send a lunch box each day, containing a small healthy snack, fruit, juice and water. Chips, carbonated drinks, sweets and chocolates either hard or soft and or any kind of nuts are not allowed in the nursery. The child should carry a clean serviette in the lunch bag each day.

Bags and boxes:
The children are advised to carry a soft lunch bag only, bags on wheels should be avoided.

Accessories and jewellery:
Parents are advised to ensure their wards wear no jewellery, the nursery absolves itself of all responsibility in case they do.

Toys and personal belongings:
The above mentioned is not allowed as loss or breakage may occur.

Ammendments and termination:
Any change in personal contact details should be brought to the immediate notice of the nursery in writing. Cancellation of your ward’s place in the nursery / Montessori should be done one month in advance in writing. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of your deposit.
